REGISTRATION FEES & CONDITIONS

 

Please note that from Tuesday 29.3.2016 we will only accept credit card payments for the registration fee. You will also be able to register on site however we will only be able to accept cash payments.

 

When entering the registration page, you will be asked to create a user by entering your email address or name. Please create a user to register. If you have already submitted an abstract, use the same login to register.

Guided tours 

Join us for one of the below tours (there is no additional fee as those tours are part of the registration fee). Those tours run in parallel however during both days.

Guided tour through the Clinical Research Center for Hair and Skin Science*

or

Guided tour Berlin Museum of Medical History at the Charité including specimen collection of Rudolf Virchow*

* pre-registration required (you can register for the tour during the process of conference registration)

 

Entitlements

Full conference registration: Final programme, conference bag, admission to the full conference programme including all special sessions, coffee breaks and lunch.

 

 

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Codan Consulting. Cancellations received until 31st of January 2016 will be refunded deducting administration costs (25 €).
From 1st of February 2016, registration fees are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference. 
 

Invitation letter

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to  contact the conference secretariat at info@codan-consulting.com. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
